Through the use of machine learning techniques, LedsFit matches your profile and input wishes to the pertinent program every time you hit the generate button. The database of programs is made using real life training with thousands of combinations and various training techniques, aiming to make working out fun, effective and motivating. As you progress through your journey, you can update your profile and upscale the programs accordingly. Feedback is also fed into the algorithm as you complete a training to help generate future programs, which are more to your linking.

Please note that LedsFit requires a subscription-based service to access premium features and content. Subscribing unlocks workout programs and advanced features to enhance your fitness experience. To have a glimpse of the app, LedsFit offers a 7 days free trial. Your subscription will be charged to your Apple Account upon confirmation of purchase and will automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage your subscriptions and turn off auto-renewal by going to your Account Settings after purchase. Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
